Jake “The Problem Child” Paul will take on pro boxer Hasim Rahman Jr. and Amanda “Real Deal” Serrano will defend her Unified Featherweight World Title against power-punching Argentine Brenda “La Pumita” Carabajal in co-main events at Madison Square Garden on Saturday, August 6 live on SHOWTIME PPV.

• Originally this was scheduled to be Jake Paul vs Tommy Fury, but Tommy was forced to pull out after finding out he was denied entry to the US.
• On 31st July 2022, Most Valuable Promotions announced that Hasim Rahman Jr. wanted to change the weight limit to 215lbs, as he was unable to the 205lb limit with a week to go until the event. His team threatened to pull out if this weight limit was changed, which then caused the event to be cancelled. They also mentioned that Hasim has only managed to lose 1lb in the 4 weeks he's been training.
